In a remarkable achievement for Hong Kong athletics, our student S4P Ho Ho Wai has shattered a long-standing record in the Boys U20 high jump category. During the recent Watsons Athletic Club Annual Challenge, he cleared an impressive height of 2.12 meters, surpassing the previous record that had remained untouched for 27 years.

Ho Ho Wai's leap not only marks a personal best but also places him among the elite in the sport. His record is only 4 centimetres lower than the highest known boys' high jump record in Hong Kong, which was created by Chang Yu Ho in 1997. His achievement is seen as a significant milestone for local athletics and a testament to the hard work and dedication he has been demonstrating.
