Fostering Educational Synergy: LTFC Educators and Administrators Conduct Professional Exchange Visit to THEi

As part of Lam Tai Fai College’s (LTFC) commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing life planning guidance, a delegation of school administrators, department heads, and teachers recently conducted an institutional exchange visit to the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi).

The visit aimed to deepen educators' understanding of modern applied degree programmes, explore post-secondary articulation pathways for students, and observe how vocational and professional education aligns with evolving industry standards.
