Congratulations to LTFC students for their achievement in "Hong Kong National Law - Safeguards and Hopes" Social Media Post Competition

The Department of Justice held a forum titled "The 5th Anniversary of Promulgation & Implementation of Hong Kong National Security Law Forum" which also included an award ceremony for the "Social Media Post Competition". The competition was co-organized by the Department of Justice and the Security Bureau, with support from the Education Bureau.

The Competition has been met with enthusiasm with nearly 600 posts received. Our school received a Merit Award in the Junior Secondary Division. The work titled "National Security Ensures Hong Kong's Stability, National Security Ensures Family Safety" was created by 3D CHANG Chi Him, 3D CHUNG Tsz Hei, 3E LAW Wai Ting, and 3E WONG Yuet Yi Alicia.

During the video production process, they gained a deep understanding of the concept of national security and its importance. After attending the forum, students expressed that they have already gained awareness of national security education in school, and after listening to the guests' sharing, they understood the concept of "a secure country leads to a secure home". This is indeed the core value of Chinese culture, and they believed that young people should fulfill their civic responsibilities and work together to safeguard national security.
