Exploring Innovative Air Purification Technologies for a Sustainable Future

Our students recently participated in the Workshop on Air Purification System, organized by The Central Kowloon Route project team. The workshop aimed to enhance students' understanding of innovative air purification technologies and their real-world applications in urban environments.

During the session, students learned about advanced filtration mechanisms, air quality monitoring systems, and the role of sustainable engineering in reducing pollution. Not only did they engage in hands-on experiments, they also analysed air quality data and explored the impact of air purification systems on public health. Experts from the Central Kowloon Route team also shared insights into the latest technological advancements used in large-scale infrastructure projects.

By participating in this initiative, students explored cutting-edge innovations in air purification and urban planning. The workshop inspired them to think creatively about future technological solutions and encouraged them to pursue careers in engineering, environmental science, and sustainable development. Such activities align with global efforts to integrate smart technology into city planning, reinforcing Hong Kong's commitment to a greener future.
