A Celebration of Health and Wellness

This year's Health Week was a fantastic success, filled with dynamic initiatives aimed at promoting healthy living among our students.

One of the highlights of Health Week was our Fruit Day. With the generous help of parent volunteers, students were encouraged to make healthier snack choices as nutritious fruits were distributed.

After school, we hosted a Chinese Tea Workshop that allowed students to explore the cultural significance of tea and its health benefits.

Students also participated in health checks, allowing them to experience using a hand grip dynamometer, body fat caliper, blood pressure monitor, and body composition analyzer. These assessments provided valuable insights into personal health and encouraged students to take charge of their well-being.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the parent volunteers, S5 students helpers, and health ambassadors who made Health Week possible.
