Celebrating Success in Health Promotion: Advanced School in the Whole School Health Programme

The Department of Health recently hosted the School Sharing cum Recognition Ceremony for the "Whole School Health Programme" (WSHP), where eight schools were honoured for their commendable performance among 741 participating schools. Our school is grateful to be recognized as one of the eight recipients of the Advanced School Award, the highest distinction, which reflects our efforts in six key areas: healthy school policies, the school's physical as well as social environment, community links, action competencies for healthy living, and school health care and promotion services.

During the ceremony, the Secretary for Health, Professor Lo Chung-mau, and the Director of Health, Dr. Ronald Lam, shared valuable insights, encouraging all schools to further develop the Health Promoting School Framework advocated by the World Health Organization. We sincerely appreciate their guidance and are dedicated to creating a healthier environment for our students.
