LTFC Parent-Teacher Association - Snowy Mooncake Making Class
To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the LTFC Parent-Teacher Association organised a "Snowy Mooncake Making Class" on 24th September 2015 for the parent volunteers, teaching staff and students. The participants gathered at the School Canteen in the New Annex to make snowy mooncakes of different flavours.
Members of LTFC Campus TV Crew filmed the activity highlights, and asked the participants to share their feelings about making snowy mooncakes. The co-operation between PTA and Campus TV Crew provided a good opportunity for our students to learn and gain different experience outside classroom. After the Class, the parent volunteers shared all the delicious festive food with all the teachers!
