Congratulations to SS3R Leung Chun Hei, who has achieved outstanding results in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examinations 2012. He took 8 subjects and obtained Level 5** in Mathematics, Mathematics Extended Module - Algebra & Calculus and Physics, Level 5* in Chemistry and Level 4 in English language, Chinese Language, Liberal Studies and Information and Communication Technology.
Chun Hei joined the Lam Tai Fai family as a senior secondary student because the elective subject combinations offered in our school were suitable for him. He adapted to the new environment very well and has developed lasting friendships here.
He would like to extend his heartfelt thanks to the teachers of Lam Tai Fai College as they are enthusiastic about teaching. They not only prepare him well for the examination but also teach him different topics to widen his horizons. To him, studying these complicated topics is more challenging.
To enhance learning effectiveness, he encourages his fellow schoolmates to develop interest in the subjects they study and be confident in their teachers.
Chun Hei is also thankful to the school for providing rich information and invaluable advice on further studies as well as JUPAS choices.
He aspires to enter the Faculty of Science at the Chinese University of Hong Kong as he likes studying about Physical Theory. He also finds the environment at Chinese University enriching and conducive to learning.
In the coming days, he hopes to learn more about computer programming so as to explore the number theory and wishes to become a researcher in the field.
