The school aims at nurturing students and providing them with pastoral care so that they could develop into integrated persons of all-round attainment. To that end, the school focuses on promoting the importance of self-discipline, stamina and positive attitude. To facilitate students' total development, a life-wide learning award scheme known as the 'Mission Accomplished Passport' was launched this year. Fostering dignity, integrity and self-respect, programmes like Life Discipline Training Camp, Sports Training, Uniform Groups, School Gatherings, Social Activities, Extra-curricular activities are organized.
A whole-school approach to nurture a "three-in-one" school culture, that is based on the "seven core values, ie., perseverance, excellence, respect, foresight, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, talent", by means of incorporating effective learning, team-building, development of personal integrity and social behavior, and healthy school life into daily form-class learning activities. The ultimate goal of this pastoral care scheme is to create an inviting as well as healthy school environment that is conducive to the pursuit of the all-round development of students.
