Grace Lau, an Olympics medalist and LTFC alumna, achieved a major milestone in her karate career by winning the recent Asian Karate Federation Championships. She became the first Hong Kong female gold medal winner in the sport, having made appearances on international stages and snatching medals in 16 events since February 2020. With an impressive score of 44.1, she was crowned the champion in international sporting events for the first time, defeating the Japanese runner-up.
